Reliability Components of Online Teaching and Learning Tools in Lesotho Higher Education Institutions: A Systematic Review

Electronic learning is a techno approach that brings new opportunities for teaching and in many fields of education compared to the traditional classroom environment. However, there dearth research on its effectiveness practicality whether it dependable enough during learning. Thus, this systematic review aims provide evidence from numerous findings reliability components (such as functionality, probability success, environment, duration) online (OTL) tools Lesotho higher institutions (HEIs), focusing functionality success only. A includes Thuto, Google Meet, Classroom, Zoom, Moodle, Microsoft Teams. Technology adoption models Siemens’ theory connectivism underpin review. The covered 18 articles between 2015 2021. Scopus, Scholar, ProQuest, EBSCO were used data search. In addition, selected studies reviewed by experts Educational at National University Lesotho. Some factors found hinder OTL tools, including lack internet connectivity, electricity, gadgets. As result review, are effective some extent terms likelihood success. weaknesses e-learning outweigh strengths HEIs. Consequently, only using could hamper quality HEIs, blended continuous training should be introduced
